Terms and Conditions of Rental:

• You must be 25 years of age to rent a home.
• Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.
• A $500.00 Security Deposit is required for all rentals at the time of reservation if made with a credit card, otherwise payment by check must be received within 7 DAYS or reservation will be cancelled . The Security Deposit will be returned in full within 10 days after the conclusion of the rental, less any amounts subtracted for damage.
• CANCELLATIONS : Guests need to cancel their reservation more than 31 days before their arrival date to receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellation requests received 30 days or less prior to their arrival date will result in the loss of the security deposit.
• No refunds for early departures.
• Port A. Beach House Company does not allow rentals for Fraternity, Sorority Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties.
• Each property must be left in an acceptable condition upon check-out. Dishes must be in the dishwasher and ran through a cleaning cycle. Upon check-out please remove used linens from the beds and any used towels, and then place them in the bathtub or shower. All trash must be put in sealed trash bags then placed in the trash bins provided outside.
• If you are a guest on trash collection day (Tuesday & Friday), please pull trash bins out to the street for collection on Monday and Thursday night.
• All properties are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking in the home is found, guest will forfeit their security deposit.
• No pets are allowed unless you are staying in a "Pet Friendly" home. Any evidence of a pet staying in a "Non-Pet Friendly" home will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
• You are responsible for lost or damaged items during your stay.
• You are responsible for ALL DAMAGES that may be incurred during your stay.
• If guests do not follow the parking rules during their stay their vehicle may be towed at their expense.
